dddjl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dddjl ("dddjl," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the dddjl website accessible at dddjl.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.

dddjl operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in the Philippines, and functions within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the dddjl website, mobile experience, and all associated gaming services accessible at dddjl.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the dddjl Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the dddjl Platform for any purpose.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held in a Player's dddjl account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slots, bingo, and other gaming activities available on the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" refers to the sports betting services offered on the dddjl Platform, covering events including PBA, NBA, UFC, football, and sabong.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or incentive amounts offered by dddjl to Players.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required for account identity confirmation.

By accessing the dddjl Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any Game or Sportsbook activity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dddjl Platform and close your Account.

Your continued use of the dddjl Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. dddjl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the Platform.

To register and use the dddjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines, as prescribed under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of dddjl is legal in your location.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of dddjl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You must not have been previously self-excluded from the dddjl Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
5. You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the dddjl Platform for any violation of these Terms.
6. You must possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the dddjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.

Upon registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep such information current at all times.
• Create a strong and unique password for your dddjl Account and not share it with any third party.
• Notify dddjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• Complete any KYC verification procedures requested by dddjl, including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, subject to your prompt notification of unauthorized access.

dddjl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where the accuracy of provided information cannot be verified or where compliance with applicable law requires such action.

All financial transactions on the dddjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed within your account wallet at the time of transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. dddjl does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment arrangements.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may experience withdrawal delays until verification is finalised.
• dddjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.
• Funds deposited into your dddjl Account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• dddjl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which dddjl bears no responsibility.

dddjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• dddjl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, alter bonus terms, or cancel promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, manipulation of bonus systems, or abuse of promotions will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.
• Each promotion is designed for genuine entertainment purposes. Players who are identified as systematically exploiting bonus structures may have bonus privileges removed at dddjl's sole discretion.

dddjl is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming outcomes to all Players. All casino games and random number-dependent outcomes on the dddjl Platform are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited for fairness and compliance.

Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to the regulatory standards applicable to their respective jurisdictions. Sportsbook odds and outcomes are determined independently of dddjl and reflect real-world sporting events.

• dddjl does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. All results are generated or determined independently of the Platform's commercial interests.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, dddjl will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a round cannot be completed, any bets placed will typically be returned to the Player's account.
• Any malfunction of a game, software error, or technical fault voids all associated bets and pays. dddjl's decision in such matters is final.
• Players may access their bet history and transaction logs through their Account dashboard at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dddjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated cheating with other Players or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during registration or KYC.
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law without disclosure.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) that restrict the amount you can fund your Account within a defined period.

• Loss limits that cap the amount you may lose within a specified period.
• Self-exclusion options allowing you to temporarily or permanently close your Account from gaming activity.

dddjl will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, pursuant to PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or as necessary to process financial transactions through our authorized payment service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dddjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data resulting from circumstances outside dddjl's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game guides.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors, internet service providers, or game content suppliers.

dddjl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either you or dddjl may terminate your Account at any time. You may request Account closure by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and pending wagering requirement clearances.

dddjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• We have reason to believe your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose dddjl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed us to suspend or close your Account.

In cases of termination for cause, dddjl reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Any funds determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity may be forfeited and reported to the appropriate authorities.

These Terms and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would otherwise apply.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the dddjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.

The dddjl Platform operates in compliance with the regulatory directives of PAGCOR, and any matter involving the Platform's licensing or operational compliance may be referred to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with its rules and regulations.

dddjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players through the Platform, via email notification to the address on file, or both. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Amendments take effect on the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the dddjl Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
